For the purpose of this report, we conducted a data analysis of a diverse and representative sample using 53,639 respondents in 166 countries.

This report highlights several key findings related to the alignment of views between management and employees:

  • There are aspects of Organizational Culture where up to 30% of managers have had a negative detrimental effect on the business.
  • Management and employees want a more Professional culture than the current one.
  • Motivation to work hard is the lowest in Construction whereas it is also the industry.
